These are plastic hinges designed to attach to resin blanks, aiding in the movement of the jaw. The hinges come with necessary hardware: x2 #8 5/8" long screws, x2 #8 lock nuts, x2 #10 metal washers, x2 #10 plastic washers, and x2 1" extension springs (unless the 'no springs' option is chosen). The 'no springs' option includes hinges and hardware but excludes springs, suitable for those preferring elastic. Normal springs have a .029 gauge, while thick springs have a .033 gauge. Larger heads or those with longer muzzles and big jawsets may require thicker springs to keep the jaws closed.
